Why Don't Summoner Spells Other than Smite have Indicators?

When season 5 started summoner 11's damage was added as an indicator above the spell because people should not be forced to memorize the damage or have to read it from the ability description in the middle of a game. However there are still other spells that could use indicators for the same reason.

For example summoner 21, summoner 7, summoner 14, all scale with level and a player should not be forced to memorize the damage, sheild or heal values for the spells at each level. These summoner spells should therefore also have indicators.

It could be nice but I don't think it would be very usefull. Barrier, heal and ignite have very clear purposes that don't require exact precision like smite does. When I press barrier I wouldn't really care to know how much damage it exactly will shield but I care more about "I need a shield!".
