1820 is for legendary skins. From the skin spotlight on Youtube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SvQaXpby3pE) It seems that it is not a legendary skin, because she has the same voice.

Bought it when I could, now I own every Ahri skin currently available. They should make a unique skin for her that you can get for a limited time, maybe not because a lot of people love her sooo that'd piss people off.
