Why can you not ask your "behavior standing" from Riot?

Say you are worried about how close you might be to a permaban. You can ask Riot, but they will NEVER tell you until they actually ban you because of "security reasons".

Anybody else think that's kinda bullcrap? You should be able to learn how close you are to getting screwed if you ask.
