Until Riot fixes these horrendous FPS issues Mac users, and Mordekaiser players in particular, have to endure. Try navigating through a teamfight with 5 FPS, it's not very pleasant.
Welp, seems I'll have to stick to playing Warframe for the time being.

I use a Mac. Recommend you turn every setting to the lowest and set fps cap at 60. That's what I've been doing for 3 years and it's been fine so far.
Malicious, just play 
and turn on auto attack in settings. You win team fights like that, even when AFK.
