Thresh or Braum?

So if I get back into SR I'm thinking I might play Support more often, I haven't played it much in the past although when I did I general did decently. As for supports I play now my favorite would probably be Nami , I do enjoy playing Leona although I'm not that good with her. I've had decent games with Morgana but I find her boring and hate playing against her. I like the new Soraka but have only played her on Aram.

Or any other suggestions.

Depends. If you want arguably the games best play-maker, than Thresh. He has a hook, a massive AOE slow, a shield, the ability to move allies to safety, and more. If you want the manliest, most heroic champion in the game, than Braum. He has an incredible anti-projectile shield, tankiness for days, a massive AOE knockup, and the greatest stache in the game.

Braum is style, Thresh is utility. Leo and Morg are my two main supports.

How can you not choose the mustache Braum ?

It really depends on how you want to play your support. I personally love Braum because I prefer tanky bruiser champions and I absolutely love saving my ADC while providing a stun from my passive. If you like more of a poke-support and good for setting up kills, then Thresh is your guy. Also note that thresh has a higher skill cap than Braum.

I've heard people compare Leona and Thresh in play style, so if you don't like Leona, you may have a hard time with Thresh. Honestly though, supports come around pretty quickly in free rotation so I would just hold off until you've tried them both.
