An idea for refunds

I've been playing over a year now, and unfortunately I wasted my refunds on some pretty stupid shit. But that's not what I want to discuss right now. My idea goes as follows: What if we could get IP refunds for Champions? Regardless of whether you bought them with RP or IP, since Riot clearly doesn't want to give RP back, how about giving us IP for champions we don't want anymore?

Off the top of my head I can think of a few champions I bought that I'll never play, ever. But there are still a few that I would like to buy.

The refund doesn't have to be 100% either, but it could be something like 80% per champion. Or maybe even something down scaling. Like 1st refunded champion in a day only gives you 90% their IP value, second one 70% etc. This way people can't just refund all their champions every day.

started the game, saw riot gives 450 rp for free. Thought you got RP for wins, spent it on garen, then saw I could refund it and did First idiot thing.

Bought my first champ, Pantheon, and bought a skin. Saw braum and wanted him more so......i did that. All three refunds were from the first 2 months of me playing a game. I am a bronze idiot.

Did a similar thing, Bought Urgot with RP, Refunded it. Bought a TF skin, Refunded. Bought another TF skin, Refunded when I stopped playing TF.

It sucks....they should make refunds open for when you get higher in levels. I felt and still feel stupid for using mine.

I was thinking they should give you one refund per month. They don't lose anything when you get RP back, they get revenue from people getting the RP.

Its like gamestop, they dont give you money, they give you a certian amount of RP back for if you make a dumb purchase or just dont want/use the thing anymore.

The thing is they don't even need to do much, Just give extra refunds and its all fine people make dumb purchases when they are new. My brother bought the Omega Squad Teemo Icon when I tried to get him to try LoL, When he learned that It was a waste of RP he quit lol forever.

I own every character in the game, and many many many skins... Can I have a refund if this skin is used in all game modes? Because I will not be playing it anymore.
