Why do people think Ekko is so hard to learn?

's Q is basically 's q 's W is a longer set up mostly invisible to the enemy but the after image throwing the gadget but its basically 's W 's passive is basically 's passive with more burst and no attack speed boost Only new parts that arn't already established in the game are: 's E is a dash and a port and 's R is a port with heal and damage it doesn't really take casting the skills more than 5 times to get s picture of his combos while it may take more games to master him learning a champion doesnt even take a whole game on most champions. The average person says you have to play a certain amount of games to learn a champion and it makes me think people are 'slow'(no offense), but to paint everyone with the same brush cause in your experience you dont learn champions fast is not right.
