It's probably either he/she gets:

Mordekaiser'ed , where they think making AD Katarina is the next big thing & forces her to become a Marksman, or
Kog'maw'ed , where they knew something is wrong with the updated champion hence reverted the whole thing.

Or the worst of all (randomly speaking imo), remove 5 AD & HP, and then buffed the AP ratio cz fk you.

I imagine theres going to be alot of complaints and play testing, and balance changes etc but its to be expected in such a big change.
