I am tired of people complaining about fizz's E cooldown I am a fizz main and let me clarify some things His e level one has a 90 mana cost with a 16 second cooldown. His base mana is 317 which allows him about 4 fights in laning phase and thats without him useing his w or q. Early game just punish him when he uses it and when he trys to go in with it don't try to fight him Fizz is one of those champions like riven that is extremly hard to fight due to massive damage and being able to escape.If you're complaining about his e cooldown lategame wtf do you expect every assassin to be for? Do you expect him to be like talon and Go in get a kill then die? An assassin should be able to go in get a kill and if he plays it right either get another kill or get it and thats what he can do. It is ridiculous all these people complaining about fizz. Although my opinon may be biast cause i'm a fizz main that is what i think.

I stand firmly that fizz is the only champion in the game that is completely impossible to recover from once they're fed. Anyone else you have a shot at taking their team down fast enough to 5v1 them. Not fizz. Give him food and you're chum.

It is not the champion that is OP, it is the player why will people not get that. If you put a champion in the game without a player fizz's best move is AFK. You can watch a million fizz players and you will get so many different types of gameplay and builds. But you take those million players away guess what fizz has one set build that is a build put there by riot unless we change it, And he has one play style AFK without us.
