Why Is Ryze Getting ANOTHER Rework Before Yorick?

If you don't know what the Title is referring to, the "Champion Update Schedule" has been changed so that Ryze is getting a Visual and ANOTHER gameplay update.

This Visual and gameplay update is schedule now after the "MYMU" and before Yorick now.

Is there a running joke at Riot we aren't privvy to that whpoever is getting the next rework just gets put there and Yorick is just forever the "next" champ until the real next rework happens and then he is "next" and so on?
