RIOT I NEED HELP BADLY

so I was in a game where I was dominating top as rumble then suddenly I dced and could not reconnect to the game, when I reconnected the game was over and everyone surrendered including me but I was never even in the game when I agreed to surrender! Plz riot tell me what happened because my team said I voted too surrender as well but I dced the rest of the game so there was no way I could have surrendered!

If I knew how to screen shot the chat at the end of the game I would so can I please get some help to explain what happened.

they even said "you agreed to surrender you fucking dumbass"
