Riot vs. dodgers

Dear Riot, Please increase the dodge timer / penalty for people who dodge normal draft. It is such a massive waste of time and very unfair to those who don't dodge. I have been in queue for over 20 minutes now because 4 times in a row after all the selection was done someone decides that they dont like the comp and dodge out. I believe 5 minutes is not enough to deter people from dodging. Please make it 30 minutes for normal games. Why just normals, you ask? Normals are supposed to be fun games. While still competitive, they lack the seriousness ranked should have. Dodging those games should be reserved for something important (emergency), not just: "oh, i dont like the team comp after everyone has picked" Sincerely Aerothal
