Is there anyway to communicate with someone who you do not have added

Recently in a ranked game, my internet disconnected mid game (cox sucks) and we lost. I personally want to apologize to all my teamates for that. Is there any way to do that? Adding them is probably off the table since I was the sole reason we lost
