i believe that the reason lissandra is taking so long for new skins is because she has a very unique design and animations that limit the possibilities for skins for her, and i really wouldn't care for a "The Exact Same Champion Only Purple/On Fire/Blue" skin for her

i have a few ideas for a skin for her, but the stylistic choice might not match her character or personality also she isnt that popular item 3070 Lissandra
