Still No New Skin For Lissandra ?
I dont believe you are acutally neglecting the Ice Queen , Lissandra is like the Queen of the game , and this queen needs a new skin and passive to be perfect ... please riot

especially in zyras case they are giving her a rework because the theme of "plant mage" (idk what else to call it) can be soooo much more in terms of her kit so they are trying to further push that thematic feeling and plus NEW ABILITY VFX :3

resumed2 votesi believe that the reason lissandra is taking so long for new skins is because she has a very unique design and animations that limit the possibilities for skins for her, and i really wouldn't care for a "The Exact Same Champion Only Purple/On Fire/Blue" skin for her
i have a few ideas for a skin for her, but the stylistic choice might not match her character or personality
also she isnt that popular
