All the complaining about key fragments but aren't you forgetting something?
A couple weeks ago there was no key fragments or chests at all.

Yeah but that doesn't give an excuse for Riot to dish us out a half-assed explanation on how to get key fragments. I've been waiting like 25 games for my key fragment already. I have 1680 orange essence, I've spent 115 usd on this game the least riot could do is show me some love.... and key fragments :(
