Why is two phantom dancers rammus a 57% winrate?

What's even funnier is that it's been done 180 times. I'd understand if it was like 5 games, but 180?

I think its because the players stockpile armor, then proceed with his 2 phantom dancers. His extra ad from base armor, w armor and item armor turns him into a tanky adc on roids. Besides, it gives the most movespeed, doesnt it? If yes, thats probably why 2 pd.
