If I'm not going to get it in the form of a refund or an apology at least give it to me in the form of an acknowledging of how much money I've spent on just this account.
This way we can both go our separate ways. Can you do me that much ol friend? Just respond with the figure right here that you pull up and you will never hear from me again. If not, I'm afraid I wont get the closure that I need to move on.

If spending money was a consideration in permabans then they'd have added it to the automated system already, so if you follow the "greedy company that only cares about money" philosophy and assume it exists, then he didn't spend enough.
You could alternatively argue that players that cause negative experiences or give League a bad reputation cost Riot more money than any one individual is worth, which basically implies that the ban system is geared for the long term monetary benefits of the company rather than the short term. I'd buy that one, so long as you don't jump to what many people do about banning people who spend a lot so they'll spend more (because let's be honest, no one is going to want to pay Riot more money after losing their account).
Anyway, I'm rambling. Point: how much he spent doesn't matter.
