I need closure.

If I'm not going to get it in the form of a refund or an apology at least give it to me in the form of an acknowledging of how much money I've spent on just this account.

This way we can both go our separate ways. Can you do me that much ol friend? Just respond with the figure right here that you pull up and you will never hear from me again. If not, I'm afraid I wont get the closure that I need to move on.
