Anyway, the "vote with your wallet" theory has a few issues. Unless you were regularly buying RP, how's Riot suppose to know you stopped because you're dissatisfied?

• Maybe you don't like the skins that have come out lately.
• Maybe college textbooks hit your wallet a little too hard.
• Maybe you're saving up for another game.
• Maybe you're saving up for a new phone.
• Maybe you're getting all the skins you really want via Hextech Crafting.
• Maybe you just don't care about skins anymore.
• Maybe you got a PBE account and get to use all the skins for free.
• Maybe you use custom skins that only you can see, but render the official skins obsolete.
• Maybe you just don't have as much time to play the game and would rather not spend money on it.

There's many, many reasons someone could stop buying RP. It seems foolish of Riot to jump to the assumption that any given person is stopping because they don't like a particular change.

Actually it would be kind of nice if a person working for Riot can check my account and tell me how much money I have pumped into your game the past couple years. Can someone at Riot get back to me? I give u permission to disclose it here to me.

That's my problem. They will not refund my thousands of dollars but they feel its ok to rig my games and mess with me.

In the grand scheme of things, wouldn't it be easier on both of us if you refunded my money and we parted ways? especially since I had no idea this was what I was supporting the entire time and now that I do I have a problem with it and you have a problem with me?

I think we forget that the game is a game to us and an ATM cash machine to Riot.

Anyone with half a brain can see why they don't fix the game because toxicity makes money. They want you to buy skins and become toxic that's the goal. So they can take the account away from you and make you buy new skins.

Why else do you think they all come on the message boards and get rid of anything negative and up vote all the bs they want you to read.
