What is that damage on Karma's Q?
One hit from her Q as Ekko and I lose more than half my health? and that's not even with her QR damage.
Please nerf Karma and apply that damage to Ekko's Q immediately. haha jk

260+ 60% AP shouldn't half health you. It does become quite a bit stronger if she uses her R though.
It's her only damage spell and can be further enhanced by her R. It's called a bunker buster for a reason.
the only reason you're losing half health to non-mantra Q is because you're like lv 5 while karma is lv 12
I don't know but I've never seen so much of my health disappear at once in chunks with any other champion.
So if Karma is a primary mage and secondary support and she can get her ult at level 1, then why is she able to proc her passive gathering fire with her basic attacks? yes, the effect is reduced by half but she should still not be able to proc her passive with her auto attacks which would make her more balanced in my opinion.

If you mean that that first part of RQ can half health you, yes, this can happen, if she is ahead and fed (and you are anything but a tank). But at this point a Lux Q (250+0.7AP) & E (240+0.6AP) would probably already deal more damage, especially if you add some passive procs.
If only Q half healths you, you are having a serious problem. Because at that point a Lulu Q would do about the same (260 +0.5AP). And Karma would kill you with W & Q alone, no mantra required.
