Instead of punishing the people who have been banned already, why not just reward the others?

I'm talking about the season rewards incident. Basically, players who have been banned aren't eligible for end-of-season rewards.

Why? I mean, the whole process of them being banned WAS their punishment. Why can't you just give all the non-toxic players a mystery skin? Or nothing; I don't mind either way.

The way you did it, a shit load of trolls, AFKs, feeders, just people who generally want to make your game miserable have flooded ranked queues. They now have nothing to lose at all, why not get a giggle out of pissing other people off, right?

This policy illogical and should be reverted, or in the very least, don't do it next year.

Not giving rewards to those with bad behavior is rewarding positive(not negative as the case may be) players and punishing negative players. Sounds win win to me.

Also this helps with people who are hyper aggressive due to competitiveness since they can't get accomplish anything if they can't find a way to be civil.

I do agree it would be much more effective if it was better known, but they did this last year so it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone.

Got to play nice to get the free stuff. Riot is not taking away your LP, rank, or MMR; they are just removing a things that show accomplishment. You (the banned player base) treated people badly and made people miserable. Why should you get something pretty for free?

Exactly. You chat restricted, Rank banned and forced them to play normal's. You punished them already. Now taking away rewards? Give something extra to good behavior.

you take away a season reward for maybe a couple games you got mad that a team mate fed or started 1-12 and you lost your promo's?

This is getting out of hand.

so... PLEASE IMAGINE If users/players have control of a New Voice Communication System and voice communication commands. There would be no need to have a voice communications report system (because you can mute, boot, invite, create, end, etc). Now the existing automatic Chat log Disciplinary System was separate. BUT Players using the voice communication system nullifies the ability of chatting non-voice players reporting them for things such as Verbal abusive, offensive language, harassment, etc.. The voice players unable to be reported except for in game scenario's like AFK, Feeding, etc. How would this create a bigger problem? How would this not help the Clear Problem of the current automatic disciplinary system?

Does anyone understand what I'm trying to say?

They DO do this. if you don't get banned for the entire season, you get a free mystery skin. Last year I got my 5000th Raka skin.

They are rewarding the others, with end of seasons rewards. That's what they are. Rewards.
