Should Riot just patch in 4.20 (preseason) NOW?!?!?!?!?

So this is a poll question. Since it riot is taking so long, should they just start the preseason patch now?

So I figure at this point, why bother bring up the server and down a few hours later? Why not go ahead and patch right now since everything is up?

Theoretically less down time over all for ranked (since ranked has to be shutdown hours before server shut down).

Thoughts?

Ummm pretty sure they are doing the preseason patch now. Kinda the purpose of the extended downtime.

this is to test stability in case they have to do extended maintenance while down

They did patch in 4.20 It's live now.
