Friendly Message To New Ranked Players

Make sure you know how to play a champion/role before calling it in champ select.

No one will care how off meta your champ is No one cares if you go support if you can do it No one will care if you go if you can use it

Just don't call, say Annie Mid, then start the game 1/7. It isn't your pick that frustrates your team, it is your inability to use what you chose to play, and showed you had no ability to play it.
