sorry man but tank yis items are a joke and even if you want to tank, if you build like that i would kick your ass, literally. my foot would perform a high velocity swing towards your back side.

also, why do we not have the real damage yi? if you want to compare yis, have at least the second most viable version here too.

shiv, ie, pd, lw, berserkers, scimitar.

and the tank, or rather bruiser yi that is realistic would have these items:

tabi, thornmail, randuins, botrk, BT, LW

with those more realistic items, its pretty simple. the bruiser yi would kill both of them easy and the dps-yi would kill your fake dps-yi.

If this were the case, with those exact items, the DPS Yi would beat the "tank" Yi by far.
