I think I am gonna have to quit the game for awhile

I just can't play with 1000 ping, I am currently living somewhere where there seems to be massive internet traffic which I can't do much about, I asked online if there was somewhere near me where it might be better yet got zero response, proud player for 3 year's and I still even enjoy the game to this day but if I can't even move till 3 seconds after I click then there is little point of playing.
