No Nocturne Icons?

I main Nocturne for 3 seasons now and Surprised there isn't a single Nocturne Icon even with the latest skin release.

Possible to add one in?

EDIT so the links Ive been posting haven't been working, but it totally exists. It actually was WITH the new skin release. Its in the store as "Omen of the Cursed Revenant."
