Need 3 RP for Varus

I got a $25 card today at Walmart and bought Galio, Volibear, and Braum. And I was going to buy Varus, the only other ADC I don't suck with besides Graves... and I'm 3 RP short. If it takes drawing a beautiful picture of him in MS paint, I will. I just want that RP and Varus. So, so much. Your will is my command, Riot.
