More nerfs than buffs

May just be me but it seems like riot's agenda is more focused on just nerfing everything than buffing anything to compensate for all the nerfs. There's not alot of "balance" involved if buffing is outweighed by nerfs. Course im not a riot dev so i guess i don't know what im talking about, but i am a player thats seen alot of her favorite champions and items being nerfed to hell and back without any redeeming compensation for it...

Maybe im just overthinking things? Im sure ill just get downvoted and ignored for just wanting to talk about whats on my mind :L

but that would require riot having to use their brain for buffs and nerfs

Megabuffed List: Karma Xin Zhao Urgot Hecarim

Meganerfed List: Graves Raka (they've been nerfing and buffing her, but the overall idea was to nerf her healing and buff her utility)

There haven't been any strict cases where Riot has gutted a champion, and their patch notes have been more geared towards subtle lever changes.
