Need help with an Art Concept!

I have a champion idea that i really like, but i find myself terrible with art.

Is there anyone out there who'd be willing to take the challenge of helping me make a picture to depict this Champion Concept? I have an idea of how i'd like her to look, and even some examples similar to where i want it to go.
