Galio (E) Bug

After some testing, it appears that Galio E does not apply knock-up and damage to multiple targets. If it is doing damage then it is most definitely not doing the knock-up. From what I can read of the text it should be knocking up and damaging all enemies hit, but after successfully testing this on multiple enemies it only knocks up one champion.

Is this a typo with the text on his ability, or is it a bug with the ability itself?
