Now. let's ask this:what is the system to get us these offers? All I found was "hand picked by a really smart robot" or something like that. I get the blood moon but I only played like 5 times and like,once or twice in the past month. I got jack of hearts twisted fate in the mix. I give points for PICKING that specific one it but wanting it...eh...it's there cause I did an ARAM as TF and somebody skin boosted giving me the skin. I mean, I have been playing a lot of . my highest mastery champs are ivern has 1 skin,skarner has 4 and zilean has like 5. that's 10 skins for champs I play that coulda been picked. I don't mind most of the picks but a skin for a champ I played like 3 times in the span of 3 months? oh. and prehistoric . which is nice. but all are still champs I don't play or don't play much.
