I asked this in ask riot several times but....NEVER GOT AN ANSWER! I find him a very interesting character and I want to know how he looks since the beginning!

chances are he is a cyborg and has no human face, maybe thats why he has all the eyes/lenses
give him lee sin's face, and then give that Irelia's eyes.

The reason his face hasn't been revealed yet is because in actuality, he's just one giant cigar (which makes the whole graves thing a tiny bit weirder).
