Another guardian of sand skin unreleased yet/new champion/splash art designer flaw?

Look at the right of Skarner's in this picture there is a claw but you can see its not Skarner's claw since it doesn't have armor on him like the left claw so does that mean there's another guardian of the sand skin we don't know about that will come out or possibly a new champion. I may be over thinking just a mistake by the splash art designers. Thank you for taking time reading this discussion. EDIT I found something right between Rammus's left middle finger and the right claw claw to me it looks like a body segment going to post a picture of it zoomed in alot. Another edit I edit more than riot edit's Kassadin with buffs and nerfs but anyway i kept doing some digging and look inbetween skarners most front leg and the mysterious segment the sand look like it has more a purple tint.
