I know Darius isn't the most OP champion ATM
But boy is he a pain in the ass to lane against as any melee champ.

Yeah, he wins most short engagements, and if you try to do long engagements his passive will fuck you up haha
Gameplay & Balance
Thats kinda his job. There aren't any melee champions that can beat Darius early game. But at the same time, there aren't many ranged champions Darius can win against.
Only melee that comes to mind that can beat Darius straight up is Garen. But this is a heavily skill based matchup.
Darius wins if you can keep Garen's passive down and force long trades.
Garen will win if you can force short trades and avoid to much downtime on your passive. This usually means getting away from his grab and forcing short trades ALOT when its on cooldown.
Mundo doesn't care much about Darius. You farm with Cleavers and under tower early, sustain through his damage, and stack armor and health items. But the time Mundo has Sunfire Cape, Randuin's Omen, and Spirit Visage he should be able to handle Darius pretty well. If not, you can just kite Darius with cleavers and run away.
