Please Tell me Lissandra will get a new passive in the mage update (or before)

Seriously riot we have been asking for a new passive and Skin for Lissandra fo so long and yet nothing , why neglecting the Ice Queen ? she have perfect lore , quiet a good gameplay , perfect voice , the only things she is missing is a new passive and a great skin so why not give her these little things ? after all her passive is the worst in game and she didnt get a skin since 2014 .
