Things that should be reportible but are not
Just report categories that should be added, other then "Admitted to using Exploits/Hacking"

Not gonna lie, if playing under the influence was reportible Id be insta banned.. I just dont play this game without a brewski beside me

While I see where you're coming from with this, it's extremely difficult to track and not necessarily that much of an issue. At the end of the day this is a game, and while it's competitive it's not reality. Most reasonable people aren't going to be playing ranked games completely wasted anyway, and if they are doing so they are probably doing something else reportable.
See what i find wrong about "Admitting to using hacks" would be people responding to it sarcastically! So by that logic if someone was using Zed, and someone was asking if they were Scripting, they respond with "Ya dude i totally am..." they should be banned? I'm sure Riot has a system in place that can detect when a 3rd party program is used and used to see if its exploiting with the Client/Game. Im sure one of the reasons why we dont have a report option like this is because people will just abuse it and then Riot would need to hire more people just to overlook to see who is using it correctly and who is using it as a joke. which just doesnt seem right!

I have a friend that insists on playing Lux while drunk. Usually fucking ults sideways and just does stupid shit in general. If it was a report option, I'd report my own friend in an instant.
