You would not believe how many people complain about him.

Teemo isn't really complained about. It's just widely acknowledged that he is Satan.

Teemo is hated because we have been taught from our early-level days that it's culturally acceptable and expected of us to hate him. A lot of us actually don't but play up the hate just because it's supposed to happen - he's not at all a problem.
