New in game product Concept

So, with the new Sion Rework supposedly going to be attempted to be possibly maybe completed this year (the rumor is this Halloween), one thing i have seen a lot (relatively speaking, I'm only counting forums about Sion here) - discussions about his VOICE. We no the Arnold references are gone, for one. Likely a new voice as well. While some people love this, and can't wait.....some, like me, LOVED the references. Though I personally am not of the their number, some have even said it is the REASON they play Sion.

So, Riot is in a position where, no matter what they do, someone will not be happy.

UNLESS:

We can purchase skins to alter the champions appearance....what if we could purchase voices for champions as well? These would be much lower cost I expect, with likely very few options or even supported champions at first...but it would make for a good way to make multiple people happy AND make use of the already created voice anyway.
