I am to the point, where I almost hope URF DOES NOT come back. I am so horribly sick of of these people spamming the forums with "bring urf back" despite the innumerable number of such threads. Riot, seriously. Can you like remove the "thread creation" privileges of these people for a while or something?
I honestly agree. As fun as URF was, it's annoying to see people constantly begging for it to return. I kind of wished that Riot would just add these featured game modes as playable modes in custom.

They really should just leave all the game modes in custom games. I don't see why they can't...
They should just make URF for custom games only, it'd be so much easier that way.
