In games, particularity bots (I have been playing bots recently to help friends learn the game) I have been seeing a LARGE number of player bots - these just get a basic item, run up middle and basically try to stay active the whole game so they get exp and ip at the end of the game. This is really sad, and making it hard on my friends i'm trying to bring into the game.
i report intentionally feeding then leave a comment saying that this summoner is using a bot to lvl up his account and that it died 26 or so times.
For those who can't tell the difference from actual feeders and bots, bots ALWAYS have GHOST and HEAL. However, for lower levels like maybe level 1 to 10, it would be harder to tell (beginner players usually use ghost and heal as main spells until they get flash and ignite).
is there really botting for league? the other day i was playing a bot game and mid had a few items but was dying a lot so i recommended them items to buy but they didnt reply. another play said it was a bot.

What's really sad is how report happy this community is. League is the only game where you can literally get perma banned for hurting someone's feelings -_-... Reporting doesn't do anything to make the actual game play any better and it doesn't take a loss off your record... so it's just a vent for vindictive players in my opinion. People need to soldier up and play on.
I feel like there's a lot of things neglected by riot lately that have been needing attention....but i guess new splash arts are cool too..
I want a hacking or cheating report tool, I think that would cover this too...for when you play against scripters(yes I know the difference between someone who is good and who is cheating)
For the past 5 days, I am also seeing bot-players for one in every 3 games. Last game we had 2 bot players in my team who just ran up in mid lane and fed the AP champion. I got so frustated, I stopped playing for some time. I report them as Spamming with comments as Botting/Bots. After the game, I opened their profile, both of them had been botting for their last 5-10 matches (the score was like 0-15-2, and their build items were 3-4 Vamp scepter/doran blade and 2-3 boots). I saw some PvP games as well in their match history (same score and item builds). Riot should provide an option to identify these accounts so that after consecutive reports, the account should be banned/blocked.
All my matches on Treeline today seem to have been against bots. I didn't even know that was a thing, but now that I hear about it, it's obvious! I sent a support ticket, but there was no 'report player behavior' category, so I had to send it as general.
is funny how i was playing with my wife to introduce her to this game, i said let's play bot in TTL (Twisted tree Line), i was duo with her and in pretty much all the games i found players that took gosht and heal, pick a free rotation champ and says nothing the whole game. and just stood in bot lane doing nothing, dying to minions and champs. the game ended up with 60 death on our team. i was like that's can be normal..
I play bots alot 'cause i don't get to play often (yay college wifi!) and I've noticed a few bots on my team there. What is always a giveaway for me is that they'll call their role (usually support in my experience) and then say nothing else, even if you outcall them (support main right here) and then they'll 'attach' to whoever goes bot with them, following them everywhere (one refused to go into the brush) and recalling whenever you do. usually they play soraka, so they'll heal you if you're missing health and they'll give you mana if you're missing that. so glad rito's cracking down on botters.

I have a pretty extensive list and I'm going to be sending it to a Riot employee I've had contact with for the past little while.
the problem is that these are the people who power level accounts and sell them. they don't even care if accounts get banned, they only need a small percentage of them to make it through the levelling process without getting banned.

ik. we should have botting as an option. I used to report bots but gave up because there were too many. Bots are kinda cool, but not when they are ruining experiences. they should use their bots in custom made games against other bots. dont' bring it to pvp and bring a team down.
Im quite surprised how this hasnt been an option yet for reporting someone. I can remember even when i started playing there were bots mainly in Dominion which i would assume why most people rarely play the mode any more. but now that they seem to move into Vs AI, and some normal games it just seems like Riot doesnt care about the matter, or else it would have been put in already!

I've taken screenshots of the bot accounts in pregame (they usually take ghost / heal, that's a giveaway), and around midgame or when the inner ring of turrets is down I take another SS of the game stats (hitting TAB, then making a SS) and note who's been feeding, and after the game is done I take a final SS but during the game I try to communicate with the bot players and warn them about the abuse of the system and advise other players they too should take action against the botting players. most do I'm certain because who likes playing a lv6 champ vs a fed lv10 Annie? or Ryze?
I've tried using the report function after game...but I went a step further as I seen more of them show up and now send a SS of the botters directly to support.
I've not had a bot ruin my game for the last week.
The RAF program update seems to have affected these idiots as well.
