Another thing that drives me crazy, when you play against Darius and do well the whole game and shut him down completely, just to have him secure 4 kills with his ultimate during a team fight and come back to be beasty.
When I miss a point blank Shyvana ultimate. That has happened to me more times than it should i am afraid..... :(
When someone calls a role that was already called, and waits until everyone gets locked in to say "oh haha sorry" as if they didn't know the bullshit they were pulling. Bonus points if you get yelled at later because you had to be the bigger person and fill whatever role was missing but do bad in it because you were going to go a top champ and ended up supporting.

There is nothing fun about fighting someone who builds Crits as it always turns into a gamble as to who will be lucky or unlucky with their crit chance.
You could pretty much outplay someone completely, have them be one or two hits from death, and then have them just demolish your health bar just cause the game decided they deserved crits.
Its even more bullshit on ranged Champions, especially people with gap-closers like Graves.
