Riot has the best support team
I'm not even kidding. I love these guys. I really appreciate the support team that Riot has. My own personal line of work is similar, so I understand how rough these guys have it sometimes. Keep it up.

I gotta agree with ya, iv'e been helped twice by support. The 1st time i got full detail info on how to fix an issue where i couldn't use abilities at or near the max range. IT started happened after they moved their servers. So they made me reset my I.P for a new one, and then they had me boot my computer with only essential programs to make sure that it wasn't bloatware, or leftover installation crap. Problem fixed.
2nd time was over a joke forum post where me and a couple others were involved for funsies after an ARAM. I called them fruit loops and got a 7 day suspension for "bashing homosexuals". Yeaaaaah... in 20 fucking 16(that's when this happened last year) , i am going to bash homosexuals on a GAME FORUM heavily monitored by mods and gms and etc, like come on, SERIOUSLY?! you really think i would do that?? Obviously calling someone a bowl of cereal is not bashing gays, so i went to support and had my 7 day penality reduced a couple. Still went 4 days suspension though since it took them so long to get to me. But hey, whatever. Guess i'll never call someone any brands of cereal ever again in fear that a ban trigger happy mod will get offended by it.
That was a funny story to tell all my League friends... Freaking banned over calling someone a cereal type...Good lord what has this world come to, next it'll be insulting to call someone a person, LIKE EXCUSE ME?!?! I AM A ATTACK HELICOPTER THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
