Pretty much when i open OBS i start my stream and i right click on sources and i add game capture and when i click on league of legends it just shows a blackscreen, i tried streaming with the monitor capture but my game lags like...its choppy.

It sucks, I agree. Though, I can't tell you how many times I found twitch streams where its "herp derp is playing League of Legends" and just a black screen, lawl.
