The Ice Witch , is it so hard to make a skin for Lissandra ? is her model so difficult ? cause i see so many beautiful themes and she is not like an old champion like 
who needs rework before skin , so why no love for Lissandra ? and also no new passive ...
I would like to see a skin for her that was the inverse of blackfrost Anivia. A skin where Lissandra was able to purge the watcher's influence over her and now waits to confront them. Imagine it as a more armored variant with a lighter color scheme such as nearly white armor with dark blue designs.
