All Victorious Skins should be Unlockable

I believe that all Victorious skins should be unlockable if you've already got one of them. I believe this because Victorious skins shouldn't be about when you got them, it should be about that you were good enough to get one. I've got one, but it doesn't mean I couldn't have gotten the others if I had played back then, what it does mean is that I'm good enough to get one. The Victorious skins should be a community of skins not just a reward for playing at this time and achieving this level.

I propose that if you've got a Victorious skin (In my case, Morgana) you can buy the other skins for 975 RP if you have the Champion.

So because you earned one of them, you shouldn't have to earn the rest of them? I dunno. I'm not sure I like that concept.

nah i'm thinking that lets say if you get sivir skin but you don't like playing sivir or adc you should be able to change it into other victoriouse skin like slise or morgana.
