So here I am at the end of an ARAM game that we were winning incredibly hard, I'm playing lux and so at the end of the game I sell all my items and go full attack speed lux. That is about it. Those pop-up warnings are not issued after the game that triggers them. There's an unknown delay between the triggering report and the warning showing up.

Additionally, they don't indicate a single report, but rather a "spike" in reports - basically, over a relatively short period of time, you were reported significantly more than average for your account.
