It would be much easier to find matches if there were a cross server lobby where we could play with people from all around the world. Finding matches would be so quick. But with this long waiting people won't play this game mode... or only a very few amount of people. And I am afraid of this will lead to Dominion's fate.

Whenever my friends and I play ranked 3v3 flex, we queue up as a three man unit, and have queue times of around 1-3 minutes. Now, I don't know about normals 3v3 cause I've never played that, but there seems to be a decent ranked 3v3 community on NA at least.

I've experienced the opposite. My queues for NA are typically much longer than on EUW and the matches tend to be incredibly lopsided.
