Try this aatrox build

or ( ) take CD blues get up to 8 percent then this build gives you max cd that 8 percent is needed in the early game to spam against champs like illaoi or nasus. youmous gives you armor pen, max cd makes ur E spammable which means more sheen procts for tri force. use in sync with blood price. which would add massive damage i personally prefer hydra in this build but botrk is needed against tanks and you can still kill squishys with botrk pretty quickly thnks to tri force. also dead mans plate synergizes with his W and sheen proct so what you can do is charge up dead mans get your blood price ready before hand and q onto them and auto for massive damage. spirit visage i like for the healing but can be a more effective item
