Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales?

Does Riot normally do sales on these days? im wanting to charge to get the lulu skin thats on sale, but if theres a possibility of a bigger sale in a few weeks id rather wait, anyone have insight on how they've run their past black friday sales? Thanks in advance
