Question about in game survey

So I just got my first in game survey, and it was very generic. It simply asked if the game i just played was fun. in addition to the question were five simple grades of how i agreed to the statement. This feels like a very weak survey. The game I played was fairly bad, and without going into details, it was not exactly a fun game. But without follow up to this question on the survey how can someone with that limited piece of information know why it was not fun. Was it simply I did not enjoy the game in and of itself, did I have bad team mate, were opponents rude?

I guess I am just wondering if these things are thought of as useful in any way? Are they just a holdover from an older form of the game? Are there any stronger surveys that go out? Just wondering.

p.s. Not sure what board this should go under as there is not general discussion any more. Miscellaneous seemed like the best fit, but are there any plans to have a more general board later?
