Just met the single saltiest person in all of LoL, how can I never play with him again?

So I was just in URF mode and we banned Zed. This dude with a name that's arguably against the summoners code itself absolutely blows up, because apparently he can only play Zed. So after cussing us out and being a jerk he swears to feed all game. Lo and behold, he does! He literally runs into lane and kills himself constantly. All while cussing us out for banning Zed. It was endless. This guy claimed to be 22, but I find that pretty unbelievable. Anyway, at the end all 9 other people in the match reported him. What I want to know is:

A) Me and him, and everybody else, were arguing pretty heavily. I didn't say anything beyond "shut up", but I want to know if I am in any danger because I'm sure he reported everybody else.

B) How can I make sure I never have to play with that guy again? I've played LoL since season 2 and that guy had quadruple the salt of every other player combined. I mean, he would make the Red Sea jealous.
